I want so badly to record some of my gameplay. But I keep experiencing problems when it comes to recording, on every game I've tried to record. My latest attempt is Hiveswap, since it just released yesterday and I backed the kickstarter all those years ago. The game lag is absolutely phenomenal, but so far it seems that only the opening cutscene lags? Absolutely none of it gets recorded, and I can't even see the cutscene or hear any audio. I don't know what I'm doing wrong. I've included a screenshot of my computer's hardware and software versions
This computer is only barely a year old, I shouldn't have this much trouble recording a 2D adventure game? I've also just updated OBS Studio, I'm running the latest version now.
