Hello everyone, I just got a new laptop and yesterday I was streaming my games into twitch and suddenly 1 of the viewers said video was lagging. But for me, I was able to switch apps, move cursor and do everything buttery smoothly. When he sayid this I opened twitch in my mobile and browser and saw that playback on viewer's end was actually lagging. I think this is an issue created by OBS settings and not internet or anything else.

Here is my setup-

Intel Core i3 1115G4 (11th Gen)
8GB RAM
512GB KINGSTON NVMe
1080p 60Hz screen
75Mbps Internet
Intel Quicksync x264

I hope you can sort out this issue and help in finetuning. Please don't suggest anything regarding encoders. I use and can use only Intel Quicksync as my laptop don't have a graphics card neither I can do anything about it. This laptop was a gift given by my aunt a few days ago.

That logfile does not include a recording/streaming session. We need one from a session at least 30 seconds in length where the issue was occurring (so while streaming a game and viewers are experiencing the problem).

That said, i3s are nearly the bottom of the barrel (only the Pentium line is lower, and most cellphones are more capable than those). Generally they're reserved for email/facebook use and minimal/classic gaming only. Real-time video encoding is a very demanding task, and it's extremely likely that your system's specs are simply being overwhelmed.

How can I know if it contains or not? I don't understand anything written in log file. Only latest files were attached. It was the file I uploaded just after ending the stream
