Question / Help Games feel choppy

I've been using OBS Studio for couple months with no problems, but now every time I stream my games feels choppy, but fps stays over 144 (I have 144hz monitor). I've tried switching between Window Capture and Screen Capture, no results... This happens with every game LoL,COD Bo 3, Battlefield 4, Overwatch, Cs GO etc.

Yes, I can confirm. The 60FPS video looks very nice at times but often drops too many frames for it to be really acceptable. Even at a high bitrate

Didn't quite catch point of your answer. But i stream at 720p 30fps

@grendes check "limit capture framerate" in game capture source, it should help

I am having the same issue. With OBS on my game feels choppy and my stream is definitely choppy even though I am getting 100+ fps.

BIG internet thank you sir! Problem fixed.

At 60 fps games still feel choppy, but i don't really need to stream at 60 fps. Probably my hardware isn't powerful enough...

You should try what @Mroczny_Gustaw suggested. It helped with my problem.
