Question / Help Gameplay won't record

can someone help me? everytime i try to record gameplay always a blank screen. Here's a log file for Minecraft.

i do record on the laptop. i tried recording with obs and it glitches my game audio. the only way i can fix the glitch is when i restart the game. also my mic cant be heard even thoough it works for everything else such as skype and obs studio
