Question / Help Gameplay smooth, streaming video choppy, audio fine

Been playing Battlegrounds, and for awhile I had no issues. Lately regardless of settings it seems to be choppy in stream (video on stream freezes and audio continues as normal) despite the gameplay window being smooth. I have tried NVENC and 264 encoding with various options. No dropped frames, connection stays solid green, etc.

As an additional update when watching the footage, my webcam seems to be running while the game is choppy or locking up as well.

I too have this issue as well, im not sure what causes it but I assume its my GPU (GTX 960) I just upgraded my RAM, CPU and mother board to the most recent you can get, and im still waiting on my new graphics card (GTX 1070) So I can only assume its your GPU. Also PUBG is in early access, so its not very optimized for streaming.

It's strange because I've streamed it before without this issue, so it's only a recent development. In game my framerate was in the range of 70-90, so still well above the 60 FPS I was streaming it at through OBS.
