Question / Help Gameplay recording is choppy

So I have been trying to fix my OBS settings so I can record fortnite at 1080p 60fps and I think I have the quality down now but it randomly drops from 60 to 30-40 and sometimes lower throughout the game... Anyway you guys could take a look at this log and help me at?

here it is, I would like to record with the settings, 4000-5000 bitrate, cpu usage preset veryfast, and 60fps/1080p

You're overloading your processor with your settings.

Why not just use the quality presets in simple output mode?

Here is this.. Still good quality but horrible FPS very choppy

try the low cpu use encoder.

You're going to need to make sure you're capping your framerate in whatever game you're playing as well. You're also overloading your video card.

How can I not overload my video card? I capped my frames

What could I do to make it not overloaded... Also capped my frames to 60 before any of this
