Question / Help gameplay recording for youtube?

hi guys i have been trying to make game play videos for you tube but once my videos are uploaded to you tube they are terrible i have played about with the settings and still no better if i watch them on my computer befor upload they are perfect just once uploaded to you tube
my pc specs

gtx 960 gpu
amd 6 core cpu 3.50ghz
8gm vengance pro ram
240 ssd hdd
