Question / Help Gameplay Is Fine But Recording Lags HELP!!!

Ok so basically i like to record games like minecraft and when i play, there is no lag i get a constant 70-150 fps and even when i record, there is no lag but on the actually video it seems like i am laggin alot with constant freezes then skips. Plz Help My Log is : http://pastebin.com/vfhMNp8W
