Gameplay choppy. No idea why

after trying to record in 1080p and above didnt work, i went back to 720p just to see that now out of nowhere my frames are skipped i guess and the recording is choppy. if i could get any help on this id appreciate it

Possible interference from other software, and possible "wild west" version of OBS.

The network boost is turned off and i installed a fresh version of obs thats available like i mentioned previously. Those are non issues and i don't know why those messages are still there.
