I'm having an issue with my gameplay audio not in sync, the gameplay audio is about 3-4 seconds behind the actual video. My webcam however is still in sync with my mic audio. I've tried removing and adding gameplay capture and even display capture, switching the audio outputs and nothing seems to be working. I've also tried to sync the audio in the advanced options but that doesn't seem to work either. Any suggestions?

my monitor is 165hz and the game fps is 100fps, its a non optimized game so the fps is all over
