Question / Help Gameplay appears laggy..

Okay, so, I was recording with OBS, and, the Gameplay appeared MUCH laggier than it was:/ I was getting 40+ FPS, yet, this thing is jumping around like im getting the occasional 1 fps..

Your system appears to only have one single physical core. Your system will most likely have issues getting a smooth stream because of that fact.

I have over 150 videos using fraps that aren't laggy at all.. I only get this problem with OBS?

Fraps isn't OBS and OBS isn't Fraps. Currently OBS uses x264 to encode video which can be quite CPU intensive. Your APU just isn't fast enough to do what you want it to do with OBS.

Damn, the main reason I use OBS is you can have multiple layers, and, don't need to render it ;c, Guess I'll have to wait to upgrade my PC.

In future versions OBS will support many encoders. For the time being though it just supports x264.

Well, you are rendering it, just in real time, which is why it's stressing out your PC a lot more.
