Question / Help Gamecapture showing steam messages

I have a very weird issue.
When i stream most of the times everything is normal. I stream in game capture and if i press shift tab in steam it doesnt show my chat and stream friends on stream like its supposed to do.
But sometimes it DOES show it out of nowhere when streaming even though i didnt change any settings during the stream. This occured like 3 times now and i can resolve the issue by redownloading OBS and redoing all my settings. But after i redownload it (and use the exact same settings as i used before) and stream normally for 1 day (if even that) it happens again.
I cant figure out why it does this and i hope you guys can help me.

That's not what I wanted the screenshot of. None of that is relevant to what we're talking about.

I wanted the screenshot of the properties of your game capture source.

its not. this is the first time i see this window. As far as i know iv never changed it so i dont know if it can automatically activate itself or something. Im streaming now and everythiing works fine. If it happens again il be sure to check if that setting changed.
