Remove the display capture source from your scene
Turn OFF game mode in windows' settings (instructions: https://www.windowscentral.com/how-enable-disable-game-mode-windows-10-creators-update )
Make sure OBS is running on the nvidia gpu in your laptop (instructions: https://obsproject.com/wiki/Laptop-Performance-Issues )

Also why cant I use mp4 for video format
Because if the recording process gets interrupted for ANY reason in a non-graceful way, THE ENTIRE RECORDING is lost.
If you use FLV or MKV, you only lose the last 5-10s of the recording at most.

Well it looks like a laptop and acts like one when it comes to video cards so the laptop guide applies.

Upload the current log from that session of OBS (or last log if you've restarted obs since recording).

17:08:34.123: Loading up D3D11 on adapter Intel(R) HD Graphics 530 (0)
You didn't follow the directions you were given, and changing which video card OBS runs on requires a restart of OBS.

I cant change the video adapter and it shows only direct3d11 and yes I did follow directions but probably sent the wrong log!! SORRY!

You don't change it in obs' settings.
You change it in the nvidia control panel like the instructions above say to.

Don't run a second instance.

And don't have multi-adapter compatibility hooking enabled.
