Question / Help Game Works Fine, OBS Doesn't.

I only got like 1 Game Capture.

And 1 Window Capture

And i am not sure why OBS is being laggy for me, when i try to record it just buffers and lags alot, when in the past it didn't act up like that, sooo, i decided to come here to ask for help, any idea how i can fix this?

You need to run OBS on the NVIDIA GPU instead of the Intel GPU if you want to use window or game capture.
