Question / Help Game work perfectly, stream horribly.

I have a computer with a Quad core, 4 gb ram. The graphics card could be better, though. It's an Nvidia Quadro FX 1500.
I am trying to stream a game on Twitch. The game itself works perfectly! No lag, and a nice, steady, high framerate. But when I stream the game, the stream is 2 fps but the game still runs exactly as it did before I started streaming.

I don't know what settings I need for OBS. My download speed is 7.17 Mbps and upload speed is 1.21 Mbps.

Please help!
