Question / Help Game Video Resolution Help?

My game is cut off in OBS. I tried messing around with the resolution sizing but there always seems to be black bars on the side of the stream if I choose to go with something other than 1920x1080.

Pictures: (In the first picture, the bottom is what I'm trying to show. It's about an inch) (In the second picture, the top is what I'm trying to show. So in 1920x1080, its either the bottom or the top is what I'm sacrificing).

I would do a log but it's not showing my recent activity for some reason.
The video settings I have right now are: 1920x1080. Aspect 16:9
Resolution Downscale: 1.50 (1280x720)

It looks like you're running the game on a 16:10 ratio monitor (1920x1200?) which is what's causing the cut-off. The black bars are the same; Twitch expects a 16:9 ratio stream, so will letter (column?) box it out if it receives something else.

Normal advice is to run at a 16:9 ratio in OBS, scale your video source, which then allows you control over its positioning... either to put in a 'frame' to cover up the sides and fill in the black with an art asset, or slide the game over to one side, unifying the black boxes and giving you a space to put your webcam/chat box/etc.

There's no way to force Twitch to not letterbox a 16:10 stream.
