Question / Help game video playback lagging badly

this is the playback help

when I play the game its fine but when I go back to look at the video its lagging and skipping badly I went to other forums and none seemed to work

Your computer is not suited for realtime recording. It is severely underpowered.

The best you can try to do is lower all of your in-game settings to the absolute minimum, run OBS as administrator, and lower your output resolution and framerate. But that's all you can do on the hardware you have.
