Question / Help Game video is out of sync with audio, but webcam is fine

Good day all, I was watching a VOD I did today on twitch and I noticed that my game audio was out of sync with the game video. It's weird because my webcam was fine but the game audio wasn't. I checked in the settings and I don't have a delay set.

Here's an example, you see the tree fall before you hear it and you see me whack the zombie before you hear it.

And here's my log file.

Any help that could be offered would be appreciated. Thank you for your time.

I have the exact same problem. I tried HTML5 turned off, hardware acceleration off in chrome, I checked all of my audio sources to see if they are set to the same 441000 Hz, no audio delays made on OBS. VODs are messed up as well as my live boradcasts. It only seems to happen whenever I change games. I also set OBS to have a High priority in Task Manager.
I stream from the same PC as I game. I use Nvidia encoding via OBS, 6000 bitrate with highest qualities. I have a 7700k delided and overclocked to 4.8, 16 gb ram, SSD and a GTX 1080. I didn't have this issue. It started about mid October.

I'm having the same issue as you Vladimir, did you ever find a fix? it only happens when I switch games mid stream. Nearly same specs.
