Question / Help Game video and audio out of sync?

I just noticed that with my recordings, my game audio and video is out of sync. Baring in mind they come from the same source, why is this happening? This doesn't only happen with my Elgato HD 60, but also with a DS emulator I was using today. This issue has only arisen since I updated my OBS a few days ago.

Here is a video to show what I mean (Sorry about not having a shirt on, it is hot. Also, my webcam and mic is out of sync, but that is a separate issue. Listen to the song on Guitar hero and look at the notes. Around a second out of sync.)

I don't know how to get an OBS log and what I would be looking for. Very new to OBS.

The elgato has a natural delay, and your log doesn't show any delay caused by OBS itself.

Remove and re-add the source.

Okay, so checked with my other game (doesn't use elgato) and it was fine. But I then get this issue for my elgato https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jdSuyftkN-A&feature=youtu.be Audio doesn't start until 10 seconds.
