Question / Help Game Switches to 60hz when OBS is open on 2nd monitor

Exactly as title says.
I have a 144hz monitor (for games) and 60hz monitor.
When I have OBS open on 144hz monitor in background when playing the game is 144hz. When I open it on my second monitor my game drops. Any idea why this happens?
