Question / Help Game stutters when streaming

GTX 970, i5 3470, I can play CSGO at 300+ fps when not streaming, or minecraft at 500+ but as soon as I start streaming CSGO drops to 50 and the game stutters like hell and minecraft gets 100 and also stutters, but when I watch the stream on my phone it's all smooth and great? Changing settings makes 0 difference.

Disable GameDVR from the xbox app in win10 first. next, actually post a log while you stream. note that 3500 is max bitrate and could cause viewers to buffer. rely on them to lower bitrate if buffering on their side. It wold be best to record with downscaling for an i5 as those are good for JUST gaming, not gaming AND streaming.
