Question / Help Game stuttering but recording just fine?

I'm having a really strange issue. I mainly record Audiosurf cause I run a channel where I do user requests and such.
I was having low overall usage on my PC with the superfast CPU preset at 8000kbps, 60fps, and 720p. I was getting 0 lag on every game I recorded. Recently Audiosurf seems to have some really awful stuttering while I'm playing, but even weirder is that the created video is perfectly fine, flawless 60fps and the game only seems to be stuttering while playing. Help would be really appreciated
Here are my specs if that matters:
Intel i7 3630QM 2.4Ghz - 3.4Ghz
8GB 1600Mhz DDR3
Radeon HD 7670m 1GB GDDR3

Try changing the Process Priority Class to be lower (Settings > Advanced > General). If that doesn't work, post an OBS log file from a 5 minute or longer attempt.
