ok so hi... again :> well after i made the last post some months ago i streamed quite alot! it worked fine after i fixd it around from help at both reddit and obs forums. just now recently when i stream Osu! after i launch obs the game... "stutters" i cant call it fps drop cause the fps does not drop. i checkd it. its like it stops and starts quickly (the game) it works just fine without obs on, and previously it worked just fine untill like 1 week ago. i had some problems where global source suddenly did not work. i then deleted the old one and added a new one. im not sure if the game "stuttering" started there or not.
my settings are close to the one in my previous thread"https://obsproject.com/forum/thread...ilmed-with-a-shitty-camera.22942/#post-116190" except i edited the bitrate (which should have nothing to say) the stream quality is just fine but the stuttering is causing problems when i play since osu is a well... game that requires me to not lagg at all. after i stream ill have to enter sleep mode and boot or restart for it to stop stuttering.

this is the log from todays stream: https://gist.github.com/24b909a2181920e64955

Code:
Audio timestamp for device
'Microphone (USB PnP Sound Device)
' was behind target timestamp by 292024027
This is a tough one but the above is the only thing I could think of to which you would be studdering. well that and if you are previewing or watching your stream in the browser window. if so, close that and try again. and check "disable preview while encoding" option in obs advanced settings.

if you are using 2500 bitrate, set 2500 buffer; just make sure they're the same in 99% of situations.
