Question / Help Game Sound and Mic not working for Twitch

So i've been using OBS for a bit and it's been going fine, but I changed something in the settings in the audio section and when I changed it back to how it was I went to check my stream to see if it was working well and there was no ingame sound and I could not hear myself talking through the mic, it was all plugged in because I was talking to my friend on Skype, what do I do? Any fixes? Thanks.

A new clean install should fix any config associated errors ... you could make a screenshot of your settings to set up your video etc how it was before.
