Question / Help Game sound almost silent but it is normal for me?

When streaming the game sound for me is fine. If anything it is too loud, but while streaming the viewers can hardly here it. I dont know why, maybe there is a setting in OBS that can solve this?

There are two red volume meters on the bottom right of OBS, is the desktop audio turned up to max? And if so, while playing the game do the green levels rise to the top during loud moments?
