Question / Help Game slow while streaming

Im trying to stream League of Legends, but when i start streaming, the game looks like its in slow motion. My fps is around 90-100 while streaming but looks like 50-60 fps..

Just noting, 600kbps isn't going to be anywhere even near enough for a 900p stream at 30fps; even a 720p@30fps stream needs around 1500kbps to look decent. Really should downscale if you want it to be watchable.

If you still have the problem, try to link a vod if possible, I'd like to see what you mean by slow
