Question / Help Game skips/lags on Twitch

My mic and webcam (920HD) do not skip and there is no skip in any of the audio when I play music.

Only the visuals of what is being captured skips every few seconds of so.

I'm streaming now if anyone is on and check it out.

I'm also using two PC's to stream. One for gaming, one for streaming.
They are connected via an Elgato HD60 Pro.

Change your audio type to capture only in the elgato settings.

To be clear, the audio is fine. It's only the video that's skipping.

The webcam and audio are transmitting beautifully to Twitch. My viewers have no problems or complaints with the sound at all (games, my voice, the game, etc).

However the game or browswer window that i'm broadcasting will freeze or skip every 3-4 seconds for about .5 seconds. This is happneing over and over.
