Question / Help game shutter with stream started

i have constatly 160-170 fps,but the game feeling is constatly "lagging"
did automatic configuration with obs
My pc:
Amd ryzen 1600
8GB RAM 3000mHZ
GTX 970 G1 Gaming

Do you have a monitor with more than 160Hz refreshrate?
If not, set a reasonable fps limit (or activate vsync ingame), otherwise you will create a bottleneck (CPU or GPU).
Do you have a second monitor (if so, what refreshrate)?

yes,both monitors with 60hz
also my ryzen 1600 cpu is going up to 100% cpu with obs started

When CPU load going up by just opening OBS, you might have a Browser Source or a driver (webcam/capture card?) in your scene that is causing issues.
Maybe create a complete new scene collection with just game_capture and see what happens without all those other sources.
