Question / Help Game runs fine, recording just choppy

So I wanna record gameplay and the game runs fine and the quality is fine, but the FPS gets choppy in the recording, its not absolutely horrible but its very noticeable and aggravating.. any small change I can do to fix it? here's are 2 logs from 2 separate games I believe.

Because your GTX 1030 is a weak GPU. You can try dropping the OBS video output resolution down to 1280x720 (720p) and see if it helps.

But, if I were you, I'd toss the GTX 1030 and go get a better card.
