Game Running Perfect But Streaming Lag

i7 - 8550u cpu
12 gb ram
intel uhd 620 (intergrated graphics btw)
I want to find the best recording settings for obs please, streaming is so laggy

so it seems that first you have game mode off. switch that bad boy to on, secondly what are you encoding with and are you streaming at 720p 30fps? your bitrates are to high for what your resolution is if thats the case
