Question / Help Game recording lags terribly.

I am new to using OBS. I am trying to capture about 2 minutes of a Sniper Elite 4 mission. At the end of recording I go to play back the captured recording and it plays without any fluency, as they talk the video is out of sync with the talking, freezes at a frame and when it does go the next frame it is where the captured game is 20-30 seconds past the frame it froze on. and the audio is many seconds ahead before the frame it is now showing. No fluency at all.
I an running a AMD Ryzen 5 2400G APU, 16GB DDR4 G Skill FlareX Ram at 2400Mhz,...is 2933Mhz but BSOD's at anything above 2400... Asus Prime B450M-A Mobo, AMD Radeon Sapphire Nitro+ 8GB DDR5 Memory.
Why am I only getting a playback of the captured Game video from screen that shows about 4 frames of which are the full amount of the 2 minute capture?

at first
people who help here do this voluntarily without payment these people must of course also eat work and sleep. so it can be that you after 2.5h still do not get a response

Please try to include a recording/streaming session when you experience problems while streaming or recording,
as OBS only writes important performance data during recording or streaming sessions.

If you have solved your problem yourself, please let the others know how you did it If someone else has the same problem,
he will find your post, read it through, is no step closer to solving it, and has wasted some time.
