Question / Help Game overlapping video

So I was recording TF2 and my video was shown completely fine, it overlapped the game but it wasn't a problem, now when I use Minecraft and my video to record I can't see my webcam because Minecraft goes over it for some odd reason, is there anyway to fix it?

Also when I record without video, the screen flickers

Put your webcam source on top of your Minecraft source.

Also, don't use Window/Monitor capture to capture a fullscreen game.
