Game output window shows correctly but preview and the replay are both black screens

I have encountered an issue when I try to capture a window with a hotkey, the game shows up on the game capture settings but when I try to save a replay or view the preview, it's a black screen. I have tried making OBS open with admin privileges and other fixes, but none of them work. Please help.

1. Your audio devices has a sample rate that doesn't match the OBS sample rate. This can result in audio drift over time or sound distortion. Check your audio devices in Windows settings (both Playback and Recording) and ensure the Default Format (under Advanced) is consistent. 48000 Hz is recommended.

VoiceMeeter Output (VB-Audio VoiceMeeter VAIO): 44100 Hz
2. SLI/Crossfire Capture Mode (aka 'Shared memory capture') is very slow, and only to be used on SLI & Crossfire systems. You only have one graphics card so disable this.
3. Set your OBS FPS to 60.

This did not work, the preview and the recorded video is still a black screen. Please understand that the problems you listed aren't related to my issue, the output works fine (See above image) but the preview/video show a black screen. SLI capture mode was already disabled by the time I wrote the post, sorry for including the relatively old but current log.
