Question / Help Game minimizing to taskbar, sticky keys disabled

Greetings OBS community, I have a question regarding my game minimizing itself while I stream. The game is Planetside 2, an MMOFPS. Essentially, my game "Alt+Tab's" itself to task-bar, and I die an embarrassing death. I have sticky keys disabled, my windows keys physically removed from keyboard, and I am not pressing alt+tab. This happens randomly about once every few hours.

This only happens when I am streaming using OBS. I have tried disabling the virtual keyboard and other windows so that only PS2 and OBS is running, and PS2 still randomly minimizes. My current set up is a Sony 32 tv as monitor #1 and a 17'' lcd monitor #2.

I did a search and could not find anything that could help me.
If anyone can assist it would be much appreciated.

I use Windows 7 home.

The most recent time this happened I was flying an aircraft and pressing several buttons at once.
Left click, shift, space, W, and A. It appears to happen randomly. I can fly and press those exact buttons, sometimes even spam them like crazy, and the game will never minimize. However, occasionally it does.

I will investigate to see if other programs are activating, or maybe re-activating after a slight drop from my isp during stream.
