My system is about 2 months old now, and I never had problems the first month. I also can't recall an update right before the problems started happening.
The problem is that ingame menus flicker in my OBS recordings, I can also see it flickering in the preview.
For example, in Call of Duty Modern Warfare (2019) all the menus flicker and ingame the radar and other small parts of the HUD also flicker.
The game itself, everything that is not a menu or HUD doesn't flicker..

(Don't mind the ingame bug where you don't see my character.. the OBS problem started way before that bug :p)

FYI I think some people would look at that log and see gamebar enabled. Normally it is disabled, and it doesnt make a difference. Tested it with gamebar OFF and ON.
Ive been looking for a fix for a couple of weeks now, but I only find some older topics that don't rly describe my problem very well and the fixes also often mention settings that I can't even find anymore in the newer versions of OBS.
