Since you are playing borderless windowed mode, can you try to use window capture with Aero enabled? Monitor capture is pretty slow compared to game- and windowcapture.

Gamecapture, as far as I know, doesnt work with EAC at the moment.

I'm not sure I have not tryed 3000. But wouldn't I feel in game lag? I ou notice that lag after I go back to play my recordings. That does not act like that during the game. It's all fine ingame

It could be that the server you are streaming to cant handle the upload rate. So yes, changing to 3000/3000 might fix it. You have to try.

The fps always drop at random. I think its a cs go thing cuz it happens on every PC i have. But when i run OBS i still avg around 250-300 fps. I will try what you said and see what happens.

When did you upgrade? And the FPS are getting low in CS:GO aswell sometimes? Maybe its more a hardware fault than OBS.. You changed the board aswell or only the CPU?

Yes but nothing was a downgrade. Im running a asus bored and a i7 2700 with a gtx 560. I will be running sli starting tomorrow. I dont ever drop fps in the game.

Just saying, SLI isn't good for livestreaming games. Thats because of the way OBS draw frames from the GPU. It works for some, it doesnt for others.
What about the shaper probe now?
