Question / Help Game Lags with CPU?

I play BO3 on High settings, when i use OBS it still runs on High and i still get 60+FPS in game. The problem is OBS uses high CPU im guessing which causes a bit of a lag?

Anyways my PC Specs :
GTX 750 TI
8GB RAM
Processor Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-4460 CPU @ 3.20GHz

Internet Speed :

Need anything else please let me know. I just want the best OBS Experience.

Close down the extra copy of OBS and turn off gaming mode in windows' settings panel.

Thank you! I will try that. also im not sure why it said i had two OBS opened. One wasnt responding so i opened another one and closed the other one. I turned off gaming mode. I will update you how it goes :)
