First of all my PC Specs are: i7-4790k, 8GB RAM, GTX 970, Z97 Mainboard

OBS specs (the most important ones):

Encoding: x264 use CBR disabled, Max Bitrate 1000, Quality balance: 10

Video: FPS 60, Aero enabled

Advanced: Use multithread enabled, Process Priority Class: Above normal, Scene buffering time: 700

x264 CPU Preset: veryfast, encoding profile: high

So are my PC specs too bad to run H1Z1 and record it with these settings? It's almost unplayable and my CPU usage goes up to 70% (I have no other programs opened) And to be fair it would be quite ridiculous if you'd need a processor like the i7-5930k DDR4 RAM etc etc. just to record with these settings lag free..

Post your logfile to get a deeper look. what might not be important to you, might be to me to help you :D

Also, disable the preview window in OBS while streaming. I've seen the preview window lag a game even with a 5930k. Second, dont watch your own stream while streaming. If that fixes your issue then great! if not, Post your log file from the help menu and copy the link here
