Question / Help Game lags while streaming

So I recently started streaming Heroes of the Storm and I'm having problems lagging once I get into a game. It's not too bad but stutters a bit more in team fights when the particle effects start flying. CPU usage and FPS seem to be fine. I have a speed test and current log from OBS if it helps. I have an i5 6600k, RX480 Sapphire and 16gb ram so I should be able to handle it. Any tips or advice would be appreciated.
