My OBS fps stays at a steady 60 constantly, as well as my games, that run WELL over 200 frames (CS and WoW).
My problem is that even when my game is running at 200+ FPS while streaming at a steady 60FPS, the game feels REALLY choppy.
Note: I am using game capture, and I only have 2 CLR browser sources.
