Question / Help Game Lags When Streaming

Hello, guys, I'm just starting off to live streaming and using OBS. I have 8mpbs upload speed and my specs are

i3-3220
4gb ram
Geforce 210

I'm trying to stream a game called brawlhalla but when I stream my fps will drop from 60 to 30 or below and come back I've noticed and it when im kind of moving fast. can you help me out or is it my GPU. my CPU usage and others seems fine not dropped frames on OBS to it's my game that lags

I have given the link of the log file. i don't really get it but I have tried with 7500 bitrates with 0 buffer pulled it down to 3500 and ultra fast CPU preset still same thing

i used Xsplit and it works fine. but i like obs and want to use that

Don't mess with advanced settings you don't understand. You should never be touching the buffer unless you understand exactly why you need to.

Set the output mode back to Simple, and try 720p 30fps with 3500 bitrate.
