Question / Help Game lags has soon I open OBS

I been streaming for about 5 months on the same computer with the same settings, haven't added anything to it aside of course games.
Lately I haven't been able to stream because the moment I open OBS my game lags bad, its like playing on dial-up (for those that did that many moons ago)...

I don't even record or stream but just by having OBS open...
Well it's a bit frustrating to say the least, any help will be amazingly appreciated.
Including the log file i just did.

Remove any display capture source you have from any scene where you use game capture.
