Question / Help Game Lags a little when streaming

I recently just went from 100 download to 60 download and now my streaming causes my game (rocket league) to lag around a times.

I dont know if its the internet speed cant handle my stream and gaming at the same time so i need to know what i have to down size to stream and play smoothly.
