Game lagging when OBS studio is opened, stream without problems.

I start stream yesterday on twitch and start to use Obs studio.
When i Having OBS open in the background causes my game to lag. I have lags even i dont start stream. When i start stream you dont see lags on twitch what i have while i play. So stream work perfect without lags.

When i close obs studio game work perfect without lags.
I stream Hunt showdown and cpu usage is 40%
Cpu usage is 17-23 percent, but i setup on second pc all which is less powered and it takes only 6-13 percent and no lags with all setup same 100%.
Games is installed on m2 ssd.
Pc spec:
Monitor: Asus 27" TUF GAMING VG27WQ, VA, Curved, 165Hz
Graphic: Asus TUF RTX 3080 Ti
Procesor: AMD Ryzen 7 5800X
Motherboard: ASUS Prime B550-Plus
Ram: DDR4 32GB (4x8GB) 3200MHz CL16 G.Skill RipJaws

I dont know what to do please help, i cannot make content with that lagging while i m playing.
