Question / Help Game Lag

I always used to stream, i had a different connection, i d like to say this connection is a fraction slower than the previous but not by much, but for some reason there is considerablw lag between my action and the game issuing the command. this was never a problem before and started over the last half year. Is there any solution i can try, i searched the site and didnt find anything i could try.

Any ideas?

tried using window, game and monitor capture and it doesnt seem to work however for a bout 15 seconds using monitor give me perfect response. Not sure if there is anything i can do

i have all of the default settings of obs from the guide selected
