Windows is out of date and Game Mode is on by default and cannot be switched off. Run the October 2018 update so you can switch off Game Mode.

The usual problem game mode causes is that the game runs well, but OBS stutters. That does not appear to be your issue, but I thought I would let you know about it.

You shouldn't have display and game captures in the same scene, as it will degrade performance.

22:14:31.780: [game-capture: 'Game Capture'] init_hook_info: user is forcing shared memory (compatibility mode)

Is this mode necessary for your captures to work?

SLI/Crossfire Capture Mode (aka 'Shared memory capture') is very slow, and only to be used on SLI & Crossfire systems.

This amount of additional audio buffering is usually caused by high system load.

22:05:14.192: rate_control: CBR
22:05:14.192: bitrate: 800
22:05:14.192: buffer size: 800
22:05:14.192: crf: 0
22:05:14.192: fps_num: 60

If your bitrate has to be as low as 800 for some reason I would suggest streaming at 30fps instead of 60fps.

Thanks for the response.
I've disabled Game Mode, separated the Gaming and Display captures into two scenes, and set streaming fps limits to 30 instead of 60.

Walk me through the whole "SLI/Crossfire Capture Mode" thing you mentioned. I couldn't find an option for it anywhere, so I don't know what to do with that.

Not too much lag there, and most of it network related.
