Game lag when recording using OBS (Log file included)

When I play heavy graphic games it tends to lag/FPS drop when I record. I'll set my graphics to the lowest setting but it still lags. However my setup has no problem when I don't record games. I can even set my graphics to high when playing games and not recording. Any assistance how I can fix this issue or should I just already replace my current setup? I bought my laptop last July 2020.

This is my current setup.

Acer Predator Helios 300 laptop
NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2060
Intel(R) Core (TM) i7-9750H CPU @ 2.60GHz
31.84 GB RAM
1920 x 1080, 144Hz

This is my OBS settings for recording

1. The Hardware-accelerated GPU scheduling ("HAGS") feature in Windows is currently known to cause performance and capture issues with OBS, games and overlay tools. It's an experimental feature and we recommend disabling it via these instructions.
2. OBS is not running as Administrator. This can lead to OBS not being able to Game Capture certain games. If you are not running into issues, you can ignore this. Based on your log, your using Display Capture to capture Minecraft. If you're having issues capturing Minecraft with Game Capture, make sure it's set to run on the High performance GPU using the instructions at https://obsproject.com/kb/minecraft-java-edition-troubleshooting. If that doesn't fix it, try running OBS as Admin. To run OBS as Administrator, right click on the OBS shortcut, properties, advanced, check box, ok, apply, ok. Make sure Display and Game Capture are note in the same scene.

If still having issues then we'll need a new log as your log contains no recording session. Results of this log analysis are limited. Please post a link to a clean log file. To make a clean log file, please follow these steps:

1) Restart OBS.
2) Start your recording for at least 30 seconds. Make sure you replicate any issues as best you can, which means having any games/apps open and captured, etc.
3) Stop your recording.
4) Select Help > Log Files > Upload Current Log File. Send that link here.

Thanks for the tip bro. I've managed to do the exact thing with your instructions but I still got the same results.

The log file is below

Here's the sample recording I made while playing PUBG https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Tp5C-YlfRYM

I hope this helps.
