Question / Help Game Lag When OBS Streams

Hello everyone so i was trying to load my stream up on OBS studio and whenever i tried playing csgo or any game my frames would be 10fps when playing the game.however i have not changed anything in my settings and i use to play games perfectly at 60fps and my stream would remain the same. i haven't downloaded anything either that would mess with it. any ideas? i also looked at the fps pinned page and nothing worked it actually got worse so i reverted it. i have my graphics card running my encoder because my CPU would hit 100% even when not streaming so.

Switch your FPS to 30 and make sure that you don't have display capture sources in the same scenes as game capture sources

Also, are your two displays running at different refresh rates?

yes i do have two monitors

i changed it to 30 fps and its still messed up

Then move OBS to the main display.
