Around last month I started using OBS to record gameplays to youtube. After some time setting it up I managed to record a video 1080p with 60 fps no problem, 27 minutes of high quality gameplay.
Then I had some problems with my computer, had to replace my PSU and later had to format it.
Installed OBSs again, set it up EXACTLY like it was before, using images of my previous configuration to guide me, and now there's something wrong I can't figure out...
Games run @ 60 fps smoothly. Then I record without a problem, but the final video has frame problems, with the FPS crapping out ocassionally. I tested various settings, nothing fix it for me.
Here's a log from OBS 18.0.1 (opened OBS, recorded Darksiders 1, closed OBS, opened again and uploaded last log):

And here's a log from OBS 19.0.1 (this time I was playing Reflex Arena):

NOTE: The 19.0.1 update hit me right as I was recording Darksiders for testing.
Here are some videos demonstrating the problem

PC Specs:
Intel core i3-2100 3.10ghz
Asus r7 360 overclock edition 2gd5
8 gbs of Kingstone Ram
500 gbs HD Seagate barracuda
Windows 10
I've been looking for a solution all day since yesterday...
PS: When it was working properly I had windows 7, I have w10 now. What am I doing wrong?
