Question / Help Game is laggy

Ok so im streaming FPS game with my PC:

CPU : i7 2600k
GPU : GTX650Ti
RAM : 8gb
Windows 7

upload speed : 5mb/s

3000 bitrate
resolution : 1440x900
FPS : 30

// game is not lagging, when im not streaming, also sometimes, its like 5 minutes without laggs, and then it randomly start to lag. Any solutions?

And it would be useful to know what part of your pc struggles when your game starts lagging.
Try to monitor your system with a tool like ProcessExplorer, MSI Afterburner or one of those CPU Meter widgets (if you are using Win7).
And tell us if your CPU/GPU or even RAM caps.
The fact that the game starts 5 minutes in the stream looks like a RAM problem for me.
Sometimes incompatibilities lead to a memory leak or something, which would take some time to make your game lagg.
